2024 Breakfast for Hope Event
Fundraiser Details
We expect 300 attendees from our community at our annual fundraising event, Breakfast for Hope. It is being held on April 10, 2024, at the Antlers Hotel in downtown Colorado Springs from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. There is no cost to attend, but please RSVP. It is an opportunity to hear Mayor Yemi Mobolade frame the issue of situationally unhoused families with children in Colorado Springs and to learn about the programs and services offered by Family Promise. As a sponsor, you are showing your support for the children and families of our community.
Did You Know?
It costs $12,500 in direct program costs to provide temporary housing and case management for four families for 45 days.
It costs $1,300 a month for a family to be housed in our one transitional unit.
The minimum needed for first and last month's rent plus a deposit for a two bedroom apartment in Colorado Springs is $3,200.
