Andrea Grebas, Interim Executive Director
Andrea is a Colorado Springs native, and returned home after graduating from Concordia University in Seward, Nebraska with a degree in Psychology and Communications. She has a passion for giving to others, and has dedicated her career to working for nonprofits. She started her journey with Glen Eyrie working with volunteers and relocated to Denver to work with at-risk teen girls. Prior to relocating back to Colorado Springs in 2019 and becoming part of the Family Promise COS team, she worked with people with disabilities in the employment realm, as well as TANF families in Douglas County to help them overcome employment and housing barriers. She has a deep passion for her career and loves spending time with her family, fur-babies, and friends in the mountains, hiking, and camping.
Cindy Weaver, Volunteer & Office Manager
Cindy is new to Family Promise but has been associated with the organization for 4 years through Service Adventure as the Unit Leader of the Service Adventure Volunteers. Her positions as Assistant Director at Xenon International School of Hair Design and Administrator at Journey Mennonite Church (both in Kansas) have given her skills to help assist the awesome executives at Family Promise.
Brandon Plunkett, Family Services Manager Intern
Brandon, originally from Chicago, Illinois, is an Army veteran that now calls Colorado home. Now, Brandon is a Master of Social Work student at the University of Kentucky. He is currently working through a collaborative internship with the university and Family Promise. As a current healthcare professional and Emergency Medical Technician, Brandon is passionate about helping others. He is excited to help influence social change and impact the local community.
