The Interfaith Hospitality Network

The Interfaith Hospitality Network Family Shelter has been serving Colorado Springs families since 1997! The IHN Family Shelter is a 45 - 90 day, clean and sober program for families with children. Family Promise has built partnerships with local congregations to provide the space to house 4 families for one week at a time. The volunteers provide warm meals, a safe and welcoming environment and comfortable sleeping spaces within their congregations for our families. The families then spend their days at the Day Center, if they are not working, where they receive customized case management services and can apply for resources to help the achieve self-sufficiency.

All families enrolled in our programs have access to financial literacy classes, strength building skills and individualized case management to help each family in their individual journeys to self-sufficiency!
